The charter lasts 8 hours. Usually the charter will be done between 09:00 am and 9:00 p.m, without exceeding the daytime schedule. The captain, will be on-board to greet you in the Ibiza Marina at F-45.

Charter Rules

- Smoking only permitted in the outside areas designated by Toni, the captain.
- Minors must be accompanied or supervised by an adult, not Toni, the captain.
- The owner is not responsible for the use of nautical toys not included in the charter.
- Tipping the captain is a common and voluntary, although not mandatory, practice.
- Illegal drugs are absolutely not allowed on board.

Payment Policy

The charter rental agreement is valid upon receipt of 50% of the total charter cost at the time of booking with the remaining balance of 50% + a deposit for fuel expenses of 450E, due 10 days before boarding.

Fuel Deposit

FUEL: The amount to be paid for fuel shall be calculated at the end of the charter based on the engine hours used and miles navigated. The difference will be refunded or charged.

Cancellation Policy

The Renter understands that should the Renter cancel the reservation less than 14 days before the date of boarding, the Owner will try to re-rent My Choice.
Once the Owner is able to re-rent My Choice, the Renter shall be reimbursed for the amount paid, otherwise, the Owner shall keep 50% of the total rental price, VAT included.
